Do you offer a sliding scale?
No. Though we do not offer a sliding scale, we accept a number of medical insurances if you prefer not paying out-of-pocket. We also accept cash, check, credit card, and Health Savings Account (HSA) payments.
Can I receive an estimate regarding how much the services will cost?
Yes. Beginning 01/01/2022, healthcare providers need to give clients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of their bill for medical services. You have the right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" of the expected cost of any non emergency services. If you are eligible, please make sure that your therapist provides one to you in writing at least one business day before you receive the service (unless your appointment is scheduled less than three days in advance). You can also ask your therapist for a "Good Faith Estimate" before you schedule an appointment. If you receive an invoice that is at least $400 more than your estimate, you can dispute the bill through the United States Department of Health and Human Services. There is a fee to dispute any bills.
Which insurances do you accept?
We currently accept the following insurances: Aetna, Anthem, APS Healthcare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, ConnectiCare, Oxford, United Behavioral Health, and United Health Care.
My EAP (Employee Assistance Program) referred me. Do you provide EAP services?
Yes. We accept EAP referrals for Aetna and Solutions.
What are your hours?
We schedule sessions by appointment only. We are currently afternoon, evening, and weekend appointments.
